My academic journey started withĀ Sociology, which might not seem like the typical stepping stone for a User Researcher. It's from this foundation that I've built my journey and applied my knowledge into the world of Customer Experience.Ā I believe that understanding people and their behaviours through empathy and research is at the core of creating solutions that truly resonates.

Not all users are the same. They all have diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and resources. Oftentimes, the resources they have access to are unequal. To empathise with them is to consider the diversity of each individual user and how we can help the group of users who are facing similar sets of problems.
By combining sociological insights with design thinking, IĀ can approach problems from a unique perspective to create solutions that are innovative. Through my work, I aim to make a positive impact on society;Ā toĀ create solutions that tell stories, inspire actions, and connect with people on a personal level.
